O’Hare Runway Infrastructure Upgrade

As a subcontractor to an engineering contractor working on the O'Hare Modernization project. Bancroft mechanical engineers conducted extensive field surveys documenting the steam tunnels and infrastructure for the runway movement and expansion.  Hands-on site visits included assessing more than 20 miles of tunnels and associated infrastructure, with recommendations for repurposing and repositioning.
